Type or paste any Chinese passage — or load a preset article (Tang poems, 诗经, 论语…) or a textbook lesson word list (Integrated Chinese, all four volumes; YCT levels 1–4).
Pick a grid style and size, toggle pinyin, stroke-order breakdowns, and tracing guides, and add a Name/Date/Class header.
Your worksheet PDF is generated instantly. Print at home or at school and practice on paper with the correct stroke order.
Writing 汉字 in the right stroke order builds muscle memory, keeps characters balanced and legible, and makes them faster to write and easier to look up in dictionaries. Every worksheet shows the standard stroke sequence, and the tracing guides start you off on the right foot — the same rules taught in Chinese schools.
Prefer to practice on screen first? Our free online stroke-order practice tool plays stroke animations, checks each stroke as you trace, and speaks the pronunciation — then print a worksheet here to lock it in on paper.
